The Mizuno Golf Club Fitting Experience

If you are serious about your golf game and want to make sure you are getting the most out of your equipment, it is a must to get custom fit for your next set of clubs. Whether you are a scratch golfer or a higher handicap, everyone can benefit from this experience. I have been using the new Mizuno Performance Fitting System for over 6 months to fit golfers and the system is the easiest, most complete fitting sytem on the market. Mizuno has come out with the complete package for fitting. The Performance Fitting System (PFS) has each model available in different headweights to help ensure the proper balance of the golf club during the testing process. What you hit during the club fitting is what will be built by Mizuno for your game. There are many systems out on the market that do not take into account headweight and this presents a problem. The swingweight and balance point of the golf club will be off because most companies only have one head weight available.

If you use the Mizuno PFS, make sure you hit the SHAFT OPTIMIZER first to see what are the best shafts for your swing. Then, the clubfitter can take the most recommended shafts for you and put them on to the various models and you can compare each model. It's a system that was built to provide options and make the process fool-proof. If you are standard length then you will fit into a certain headweight. If you are overlength, then Mizuno has club heads that are slightly lighter to compensate for the extra length in the shaft. If you are looking at graphite shafts, well Mizuno has a head specifically weighted for graphite shafts.

After the shaft and length are decided your lie angle will be tested using the patented Mizuno Lie Fit clubs. These clubs help identify what is best suited for your game by utilizing a special sole to provide accurate readings in determining the lie angle of the clubs.

Your grip will decided and there are many different styles to choose from. The type and size of grip is important for your game. If you are playing a grip that is either too big or small, this will impact your release during the swing. Since your hands are the only contact you have with the club, make sure your grip is sized properly and the feel of the grip is what you like.

The entire fitting process takes a while and it should. It's like getting fit for a suit. Everyone is different. If you had a chance to use the Mizuno PFS and Shaft Optimizer, we would love to hear your feedback. If you haven't and would like to, go http://www.%20mizunomatch.com/ to find your nearest Mizuno Fitting Location and be ready to take your game to the next level. I'm sure you will not be disappointed with the process
